Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous due to efflux of time. However, learned counsel prays for liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action, incorporating subsequent events. Accordingly, W. P. A. 1947 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action, incorporating subsequent events, if any, arising from the same sequence of events.

There will be no order as to costs.
