1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the order passed on September 22, 2023 in W.P.A. 25371 of 2018 has not yet been complied with.

2. The learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that a reasoned order has been passed on October 13, 2023 pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated September 22, 2023 in the aforesaid writ petition.

3. Since the reasoned order has already been passed, this Court is of the view that the order and directions contained in the order dated September 22, 2023 passed in the writ petition has already been complied with.

4. It is well-settled that propriety of an order cannot be challenged in a contempt application.

5. Let a copy of the reasoned order be supplied to Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioner.

6. It will be open to the respective parties to take appropriate steps, if they are aggrieved by the said reasoned order dated October 13, 2023.

7. With the above observations, the contempt application stands disposed of.

8. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
