...for the State The appellant had passed TET-2014 examination and was called for interview of the Board in December 2016, after processing the application. At that time, he was over-aged. Since the age limit for being appointed as Primary School Teacher is 40 years, his candidature cannot be considered. It was precisely on this ground the writ petition was dismissed. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

The appeal and the application for appropriate order being CAN 1 of 2022 stands dismissed.

The application for expeditious hearing being CAN 2 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
