The main prayer in the writ petition is for directing the respondent authorities to start the process of appointment for the post of Homoeopathic Pharmacist, the vacancies in respect of which were advertised in the newspaper.

In WPA 18969 of 2021, the same issue fell for consideration. In that matter, I invited a report to be filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and after considering the report, I had disposed of the writ petition since the process for appointment of Homoeopathic Pharmacist has already been proceeded with to a substantial extent.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of by recording that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition in view of the order passed in WPA 18969 of 2021.

It is expected that the respondents shall complete the selection process in accordance with law at the earliest.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
