Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, de facto complainant underwent abortion. She implicates the petitioner before us, who is her husband, with regard to the physical assault leading to such abortion.

De facto complainant also claims that, petitioner suppressed his earlier marriage with another lady and married the de facto complainant.

In view of the materials in the Case Diary and in view of the relationship between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 413 of 2024 is disposed of.
