The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non consideration of a representation filed with the respondent authorities under the provisions of the Right to Information Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the State respondents that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the petitioner has been supplied with the necessary information on 10th August, 2021. In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, there is no purpose in keeping this writ petition alive.
