Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. We have also gone through the deposition of the victim and her elder sister. Victim has supported the case of penetrative sexual assault. Trial is in progress 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible keeping in mind the mandate under Section 35(2) of the POCSO Act.
