In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

This revisional application was preferred challenging the judgement and order dated 31.10.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bankura in connection with Criminal Revisional Case No. 19 of 2018. In the said revisional application, the order of maintenance dated 13.02.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura was challenged. Records reflect that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura was pleased to direct the husband to pay maintenance to the wife to the tune of Rs.8000/- per month from the date of filing of the application for maintenance.

Records of the present revisional application reflects that by an order dated 02.02.2021, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to record that no certified copy of the impugned order was annexed by the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer was advanced for filing a supplementary affidavit. Till date, no supplementary affidavit has been filed before this Court.

I have considered the subject-matter of this revisional application which relates to grievance of the quantum

awarded by the learned sessions court. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am not inclined to interfere with the orders passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura and the learned Sessions Judge, Bankura.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 274 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
