Pursuant to the order dated 29th July 2024 the alleged contemnor is personally present in Court today. He submits through his counsel that due to inadvertent mistake, the previous undertaking had been affirmed by Kaushik Kundu. He tenders unqualified apology for the same.

A fresh undertaking in the form of an affidavit affirmed on 1st August 2024 by the alleged contemnor, Mr. Kishan Dhanuka has been placed before this Court. 3.

Mr. Pal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant/respondent no.3 submits that his client has been receiving his last drawn salary of Rs.7612/- and the same has been paid up to the month of June 2024.

Having regard to the above and taking note of the fact that the alleged contemnor has already filed an undertaking before this Court, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the instant contempt application pending. Accordingly, the same is dropped and CPAN 209 of 2024 is disposed of.

Department is directed to update the cause title and to publish a supplementary list with the correct cause title in course of this day.
