Petitioner seeks bail.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the trial commenced and the next dates fixed are on March 7, 2022 till March 10, 2022, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We, however, request the jurisdictional Court to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. Memo of evidence filed in Court be taken on record. C.R.M. (DB) 443 of 2022 is disposed of.
