Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being disturbed for construction of his boundary wall. Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that the petitioner is encroaching government property. As such the same is resisted. Learned advocate for the state is present and submits that the dispute complained of is a civil dispute.

Petitioner would approach the appropriate civil court for remedies.

In the meantime, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and would ensure that no breach of peace or tranquility takes place in respect of the subject matter relating to the property canvassed in the writ petition at the behest of either of the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2650 of 2024 is disposed of.
