,, The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a dispute raised in the bill for the month of March, 2016. It is submitted on behalf of the respondentlicensing authority that the bill for the month ending March, 2016 contains outstanding payment for previous months also.

It is also submitted on behalf of the licensing authority that under Regulation 36 Clause 3.5.2 the appropriate remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Grievance Redressal Forum.

In view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Grievance Redressal Forum within a period of two weeks from date. If such representation is made, the said authority is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from

the date of making such representation after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties. With the above directions, W.P.A.3163 of 2021 is disposed of.
