For the Petitioner The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects therein and seeks further liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 2550 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
