Mr. Keshab Chandra Das Mr. Biplab Adak ..... for the petitioner Mr. Tirthankar Dey ...... for the State Mr. Das, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice dated 16th January, 2020, issued by the Assistant Engineer, PWD, Hooghly Construction Sub-Division-I, Arambagh, Hooghly, directing removal of the alleged encroachment. He further submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court, by an order dated 20th February, 2020, passed in W.P. 1977(W) of 2020, has set aside the said notice dated 16th January, 2020. The order dated 20th February, 2020, passed in W.P. 1977(W) of 2020, as produced by the petitioner, is taken on record.

Since a Coordinate Bench of this Court has already set aside the notice dated 16th January,

2020, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of without passing any order.

There will be no order as to costs.
