In compliance with the direction of this Court dated February 06, 2025, the petitioner and the respondent no.2 have filed their supplementary affidavits, let those affidavits be kept with the record.

The daughter of the petitioner Sonali Das is a student of New Boangaon Girls High School (H.S.), Boangaon, District : 24-Parganas (North) and is supposed to take the ensuing Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025.

The petitioner is complaining that the said examination though is scheduled to be held on and from February 10, 2025 but, till date, her daughter has not been registered with the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, in

consequence, admit card has not been issued to her.

Ms. Bhattacharyya, learned Counsel for the Board submits that the school without affixing the photograph of the student had sent the application for registration, in consequence, the student could not be registered. She, however, fairly submits that the school and the guardian of the petitioner if approach to the Board immediately with the photograph of the student, the Board will take necessary steps for issuance of registration certificate and the admit card to the student subject to payment of enrollment fees, stationary fees, late fees, late processing fees together with the costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to be paid by the School.

WPA 2680 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms.
