The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Baruipur P. S. Case No. 2201 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 under Sections 468/471/420/406/409 IPC. Mr. Deb Roy, learned advocate appearing for the State submits memorandum of evidence which has been signed by the concerned Sub Inspector of Baruipur Police Station. The same reflects that on or about August, 2021, chargesheet was submitted in connection with the instant case. The present revisional application was preferred challenging the first information report.

Having taken into account that there has been change of circumstances as the investigation concluded in submission of chargesheet, I am of the opinion that any interference at this stage may prejudice the prosecution. The petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points agitated in the revisional application at the stage of

Section 239/240 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 276 of 2021 is disposed of.
