State of West Bengal Mr. Anand Keshari Ms. Soumili Chaudhury Ms. Pubali Debnath ...for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy ...for the State Due to inadvertent typographical mistakes in the judgment and order dated 24th June, 2025 which are corrected as under :- The sentence "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah" appearing in the 4th line of paragraph 13 at page 5 of the said judgment and order dated 24th June, 2025 be deleted and the sentence "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore" shall be inserted.

The word "She" appearing in the 7th line of the same paragraph of the said judgment and order be deleted and the word "He" shall be inserted.

The word "her" appearing in the 13th line of the same paragraph of the said judgment and order be deleted and the word "his" shall be inserted.

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 24th June, 2025 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 24th June, 2025, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
