For the petitioners This revisional application is filed with a prayer for early disposal of Title Suit No.456 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas. From the record, it is found that the suit is pending since 2019. One interlocutory application is also pending.

Considering all facts and circumstances of the instant case, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Considering the long pendency of this Title Suit, i.e. since 2019, I request the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas, to dispose of the Title Suit No.456 of 2019, as

expeditiously as possible, after disposing of the pending interlocutory application.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 377 of 2023, stands disposed of. It is reported that the Court of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, is lying vacant presently and in that case the learned Judge-in-Charge of the 1st Court of the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore, is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No.456 of 2019, after disposing of the pending interlocutory application, in view of the aforesaid direction.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-inCharge, 1st Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, forthwith. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
