Learned advocate for the appellants submits that initially the instant appeal was dismissed by this Hon'ble Supreme Court. Thereafter, they preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. By the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court the instant appeal is appearing after setting aside the order of dismissal. Learned advocate for the State submits that one day's accommodation may be granted for preparation. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned today.

In re. CRA 254 of 1989 Learned advocate for the appellant further submits that one appellant is languishing in custody instead of order passed by

the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Accordingly, he filed one CRAN application being CRAN 1 of 2023 for an order of bail. List the matter on April 24, 2023.

The department is directed to handover the paper book to the learned advocate for the State on usual terms and conditions. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
