Nazar Chowdhury Ms. Priyanka Saha ..for the petitioners Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Koushik Chowdhury ..for the Board The petitioner no.63 namely, Nikhat Parween could not produce her caste certificate being certificate for Other Backward Classes when the scrutiny and verification of papers were being done. This court directed the said petitioner no.63 to produce the caste certificate as a last and final opportunity in this court. Today she has come with the original of the caste certificate being certificate no. 4566/366/ISL dated 09.06.2014. A photocopy of the said certificate is kept on record. I have seen the original and it has been returned back to the learned advocate of the said petitioner no.63.

Now I direct the Deputy Secretary of the Board to consider this caste certificate and to take appropriate

steps so that the petitioner can be recommended as has been done in respect of other nine candidates. The petitioner is directed to meet the Deputy Secretary of the Board on 20th February, 2023 or thereafter with the caste certificate in original and the Deputy Secretary is directed to take appropriate steps as has been indicated above.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
