Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation made on 17th January, 2021 by the petitioner before the Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council has not been considered till date. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for consideration of the representation made for compassionate appointment.

Mr. Vaisya, learned Counsel appearing for the Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council is present.

Heard both the parties.

The Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council being the respondent no.6 in the instant writ petition is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner. The writ petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of

the writ petition to the Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council. The Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and, thereafter, the Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council will pass a reasoned order within four months from the date of communication of this order to him. The Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner at an earliest.

The writ petition being WPA 3177 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
