Sanyal, Mr. Saikat Sutradhar ... for the petitioner Mr. Kushi Prasun Chatterjee ... for the respondent nos. 8 & 9 The matter has been mentioned for correction of the order dated 25th February, 2025. In the last two paragraphs in page 2 of the order dated 25th February, 2025, it has gone down as "respondent no. 8". The parties jointly submit that it will be the "respondent no. 9" (Senior Divisional Security Commissioner/Asansol, Eastern Railway Asansol) instead of the "respondent no. 8" (Senior Divisional Security Commissioner Office of the Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, Howrah). The written instruction received by the learned advocate representing the respondent nos. 8 & 9 in this regard is placed before the Court and the same is taken on record.

The order dated 25th February, 2025 is corrected by replacing respondent no. 8 by respondent no. 9 in the last two paragraphs of the second page.

Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated 25th February, 2025. The said order shall be read, meant and construed with the aforesaid such correction.
