Mr. Achintya Kr. Banerjee Mrs. Indumouli Banerjee ...for the municipality Mr. Subrata Mukhopadhyay Ms. Basabi Raichowdhury ......for the respondent no. 5 At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, Ranaghat Municipality and the respondent no. 5 are represented by learned advocates.

It appears on 5th June, and subsequently on 26th June, 2023 as well as on 20th July, 2023 accommodation was prayed on behalf of the petitioner and the same was granted. Thereafter direction was given that the matter to be accommodated in the combined monthly list of August, 2023 for further consideration.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
