The petitioner alleges that the complaint lodged against the private respondents has not been acted upon by the police.

The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station signed on 24th April, 2024 mentions that on receipt of the complaint Beniapukur P. S. Case No. 30 dated 24.02.2024 under Sections 448/380/34 IPC was registered.

Learned advocate representing the private respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8 submits that the respondent no. 5 has died.

As it appears that the police have already registered FIR in response to the complaint of the petitioner, accordingly, the police are directed to investigate the case in accordance with law and conclude the same at the earliest.

The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace at the locale and no harm is caused to the life and property of the parties.

It will be open for the parties to approach the learned trial Court in seisin of the matter for any further relief.

As the writ petition is disposed of without calling for any affidavits, the allegations made therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the private respondents.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report dated 24.04.2024 is taken on record.
