The Report filed by the S.I., Jamalpur Police Station, Purba Bardhaman dated 13.12.2023 stated that appellant i.e. Jagabandhu Rakshit to have expired on 11th April, 2010 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed of.
