The report reflects that an enquiry was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Head Quarter, Malda, which has been considered by the Superintendent of Police, Malda.

The contents of the enquiry report reflect that

there has been a self-declaration by the complainant, namely, Kadan Bibi @ Kadon Bibi i.e., the petitioner before this court that she has no allegation against the officer of the Kaliachak P.S.

The said enquiry was conducted on or before 02.08.2021 and the selfdeclaration was made on or about 20th of February, 2021. The writ petition was affirmed on 28th of January, 2021.

Having considered the subsequent conduct of the petitioner before the police authorities, I am of the view that the petitioner should not have any grievance in view of the self-declaration as made before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Head Quarter, Malda. As such, no interference is called for.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3183 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
