...for the State Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed two reports one dated 7th April, 2025 of the Inspector-in-Charge, Harishchandrapur Police Station, Malda and another dated 4th April, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda. Both the reports are taken on record.

On perusal of these two reports, it appears that in terms of the order dated 20th March, 2025, petitioner has resumed duty as Headmaster of Talbangura High Madrasah (H.S.), Malda and at present as it has been submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioner, he is regularly attending the madrasah and discharging duty as Headmaster. In view of resumption of duty by the petitioner as Headmaster of the aforesaid madrasah, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

Concerned respondent authorities are directed to release salary of the petitioner regularly, in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
