Tapan Sinha On 13th July, 2021 the contempt petition was appearing in the list with the endorsement "Last Chance". On the prayer of the advocate for the applicants/ petitioners, the matter was directed to appear on 3rd August, 2021.

The matter since 3rd August, 2021 is appearing in the list with the endorsement "Last Chance". No one appears for the applicants/petitioners or the alleged contemnor even at the second call. No one has also applied for joining in the virtual mode.

It appears that neither of the parties are interested in proceeding further with the contempt petition. The same is disposed of without any further order.

Rule stands discharged accordingly.
