Perused the report filed by the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman wherefrom it appears that physical possession of the auction property has been handed over to Pawan Beriwal, the writ petitioner in WPA 23458 of 2024.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Punjab National Bank admits handing over of possession of the secured asset.

In view of the above, all the writ petitions stand disposed of.
