Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are not willing to proceed with this revisional application further. It has been further submitted that petitioner no.2 Debangsh Agarwal died and in support of his contention one cremation certificate has been filed.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted one written instruction from the petitioner no.1 and 3, who are not willing to proceed with this case. Both the documents be kept in record. Considering all facts and circumstances appearing before this court, the instant revisional application being CRR No. 93 of 2016 stands dismissed as withdrawn. All connected applications, if there be any, also stands dismissed.
