On 15th November, 2022 when the matter was last called on for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner, although the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Even today, when the matter is called on for hearing, the petitioner remains unrepresented. In any event, the matter is a pretty old one and it is doubtful as to whether the same remains efficacious till now.

Due to the repeated absence of the petitioner, WPA 1587 of 2010 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
