The present revisional application appeared on 27.06.2023 when an accommodation has been sought for on behalf of the petitioners. In front of the learned advocate for the petitioners, date was fixed on 18.07.2023. Today when the matter has been called, again an accommodation is sought for. This Court refuses to accept such prayer for accommodation.

Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I have perused the enclosures attached to this revisional application which was filed in connection with two police cases being Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1466 of 2020 and Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1549 of 2020. I have considered the revisional application and the enclosures therein and I find that only first information reports have been enclosed along with this revisional application without any of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further the criminal rules and orders do

not permit challenging two police cases in single revisional application. Each revisional application can be challenged in respect of a particular cause of action arising out of single case. The prayer which has been advanced in this revisional application is also in respect of the two police cases. Having regard to the mode which was adopted for preferring the present revisional application, the same is against the settled Appellate Side Rules of this Court.

Accordingly, both on merits as the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have not been enclosed as also on the technicalities, the present revisional application being CRR 398 of 2023 is dismissed. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
