1. We have heard Mr. Mainak Bose, learned senior advocate for the applicants and Kamalesh Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the respondent no. 7/Municipality.

2. The respondent no.7/Municipality is directed to file a report in the form of an affidavit as to the present state of affairs, as to whether construction of the school has been completed, whether boundary wall has been erected in terms of the directions issued and also whether any adjoining vacant Government land is available adjoining the extent, where the present burial ground and school building exist.

3. List this matter on June 20, 2025.

4. On May 2, 2024, although Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya and Mr. Dilip Kr. Sinha, learned advocates represented the respondent no.7/Municipality, their names have not been recorded inadvertently.

5. Let the said correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated May 2, 2024 for all practical purposes.
