2. In the fifth line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "Accountant of Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Parishad" shall stand corrected and be read as "Assistant Teacher of a High School".

3. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 07.03.2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 07.03.2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
