The Report submitted by the S.I. of Burrabazar Police Station dated 09.10.2023 stated that the opposite party i.e. Surendra Arora has expired on 17.12.2020 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record. The instant appeal was filed against an order of acquittal. Under the facts and circumstances, on the demise of the opposite party, the instant appeal gets abated and disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order along with lower court record be sent to the Department as well as learned trial Court for immediate compliance.
