Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her information which was furnished on 12th November, 2024 with the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station, no action was taken by the police authorities. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a Title Suit has been initiated at the instance of the private respondents. It has also been contended in the report that earlier there was an agreement with another developer in the year 2017. There is a sanction plan and the claim of the present petitioner about her locus standi could not be substantiated nor any document was produced before the police authorities.
Having considered that the police authorities have adhered to the orders passed by the civil court and could not take any action because of the non-
production of any document by the present petitioner, I am of the view that presently the police authorities have acted in consonance with the provisions of law. Petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint with the police authorities enclosing all the documents in her possession. Police authorities would consider such representation in accordance with law and inform the steps taken by them within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of such fresh information.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2892 of 2025 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
