By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the appellate authority dated 14th June, 2022, by filing this writ petition on 2nd February, 2024, i.e. after expiry of 20 months from the date of passing of the impugned order of the appellate authority with no proper explanation and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 2672 of 2024 is dismissed for inordinate delay.
