Das, Advocate Ms. Shabana Hasin, Advocate ... ...For the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 Mr. Tapadip Ghosh, Advocates ... ...For the opposite party no. 4 Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, advocate ... ...For the State Two applications for cancellation of bail are taken up for consideration analogously as they emanate out of the same police case.
In a police complaint relating to the violation of the provisions of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 the learned Court granted bail upon finding that the articles were seized. The impugned order is informed with reasons for grant of bail.
We do not find any ground to be made out for the purpose of cancelling the bail so granted.
Consequently, we find no merit in the two applications to cancel the bail so granted.
Consequently, CRM (DB) 453 of 2022 and CRM (DB) 451 of 2022 are rejected.
