A.P.P., ...For the State Petitioner prays for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the order dated April 7, 2021 passed in C.R.M. 639 of 2021 on the ground of post bail misconduct. Allegations are that the private opposite parties were not complying with the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail of meeting Investigating Officer as directed. Moreover, the private opposite parties were threatening the petitioner.

So far as the threats held out are concerned, there are complaints to the police. However, no further steps were

taken either by the police or by the petitioner with regard thereto.

Threats being held out o remain unestablished at this stage.

So far as reporting before the Investigating Officer is concerned, the report submitted in Court today on behalf of the State, which be taken on record, states that the attendance register is lost.

Therefore, the issue of non-attendance also is not established.

In such circumstances, we find no ground to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties.

C.R.M. (DB) 411 of 2024 stands dismissed.
