1 This intra court appeal by the respondent no.5 in the writ petition is against an interim order passed by the learned Single Bench directing the appellant to explain as to why she should not be escorted out of the house along with daughters who had attained majority.

2. The order and direction issued by the learned Single Bench was stayed by order dated 1st March, 2023. Subsequently the writ petition was heard by the learned Single Bench and by order dated 4th August, 2023 the writ petition was dismissed against which FMA 946 of 2023 has been filed.

3. In the light of the same, this appeal, namely, MAT 180 of 2023 has become infructuous and accordingly, the same stands disposed of giving liberty

to the appellant to canvass all points of law and facts in FMA 946 of 2023.
