Mr. Sankar Nath Mukherjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that though the award has been passed and the amount of compensation of Rs.22,01,965/- has already been transferred to the bank account of the petitioner. However, the copy of the award No.166 has not been given to the petitioner. He seeks for appropriate direction.

Manika Roy, learned Advocate for the respondent nos.3 to 5 leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court.

Having heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties, the Special Land Acquisition Officer,

Purulia, Land Acquisition Department, respondent no.7, is directed to hand over copy of the award to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent no.7, Special Land Acquisition Officer, Purulia, Land Acquisition Department.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been directed to be filed, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition.

With the above observations, this writ petition being W.P.A. 2677 of 2023 stands disposed of. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
