1. The order dated 8th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the first line of paragraph one of first page of the order dated 8th April, 2024, the expression "intradistrict" shall stand corrected to read as "interdistrict". In the first line of paragraph two of the first page of the said order, the expression "DPSC, Malda" shall stand corrected to read as "DPSC, Hooghly".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 8th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 8th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
