Heard the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner pertains to nonsubmission of a landlooser certificate by the respondent authorities.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding having filed a representation dated 31st June, 2013, the respondent authorities have taken no steps whatsoever to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

Mr. De, appears on behalf of the State respondents and submits that he has no objection if the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the aforesaid representation made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, I direct the respondent No.2 to consider the

aforesaid representation within a period of six weeks from date and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties and inform the result thereof within a period of two weeks thereafter.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent No.2. In disposing of the aforesaid proceeding, the respondent No.2 shall not be influenced by any observations made in this petition.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 413 of 2016 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
