Agarwala, Ms. Amita Gaur ...for the State The present application being CRAN 1 of 2021 has been preferred inter alia praying for modification of the conditions of anticipatory bail as incorporated in the order dated 4th February, 2020 passed in CRM No.1139 of 2020. Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to the prevailing pandemic situation and due to financial stringency, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 4th February, 2020 passed in CRM No.1139 of 2020.

It appears that the present application has been preferred about eleven months after the CRM No.1139 of 2020 was disposed of. The explanation given by the petitioner as regards the delay in preferring the present application, is not acceptable to this Court. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed.
