Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the order dated January 19, 2022 by the jurisdictional court. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner held joint account with her deceased daughter. The petitioner deposited her entire life savings in the joint account. The petitioner subsequently found that such money to be taken out of her joint account and deposited in the name of her grand daughter. He submits that the case diary was not considered by the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that on investigation, the police found that the joint account was operated by the deceased daughter during her life time and that money was kept in the account of the grant daughter. It appears from the order dated January 19, 2021 that the jurisdictional court considered the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and the materials available in the records. The jurisdictional court was of the view that the case relates to the dispute between the relatives and, therefore, proceeded to grant bail. We find no infirmity in such order warranting interference by this Hon'ble Court.

Accordingly, the prayer for cancellation of bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 452 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.
