The petitioner's grievance is that the demolition order was issued based on an inspection report, a copy of which was never served upon the petitioner.

As the demolition order did not specify the extent or nature of the unauthorized construction, this Court directed the Corporation to conduct a fresh inspection, providing due notice to the petitioner.

In compliance, the Corporation carried out the inspection, and the petitioner's representative was present during the process. A copy of the inspection report has been submitted to this Court, along with a copy provided to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

In light of the foregoing, there is no necessity to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition by directing the Corporation to

provide the petitioner with an opportunity for a hearing and to pass order in accordance with law within two months from the date of communication of this order. It is understood that the petitioner is free to raise all relevant points during the hearing.

Accordingly, WPA 2913 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
