This is the fourth application at the behest of the petitioner praying for bail.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstance subsequent to the earlier order of rejections, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 455 of 2022 is dismissed.
