The instant revisional application has been preferred challenging the impugned order dated 06.08.2009 passed by the learned trial Court. Present revisional application is pending for a long time.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being C.O. 239 of 2010 is dismissed for default. Consequently, application being CAN 1 of 2013 (Old CAN 10066 of 2013) and CAN 2 of 2013 (Old CAN 10067 of 2013) are also dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
