The petitioner would be appearing in the ensuing Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025 as a bona fide student of Nona-Chandanpukur Umasashi High School (H.S.), Barrackpore, District : 24Parganas (North). The grievance of the petitioner is that said Pariksha though is scheduled to be held on and from February 10, 2025 but, in spite of registration, she has not yet received the admit card and is praying issuance of the same.

Mrs.

Koyeli Bhattacharyya, learned Counsel for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education submits that the petitioner since has not been enrolled with the Board for the said

examination, the admit card has not been issued to her.

Mr. Pappu Adhikari, learned Advocate for the School submits that as the clerk of the school had committed a mistake in uploading the particulars of the petitioner in the online portal designated for enrollment of the students for the said examination, the petitioner is facing the present problem.

The student, without any fault, is facing unnecessary anxiety before the first Board examination, to obviate the situation, the Board has decided to re-open the said designated online portal and shall keep it open for the period from 6.00 P.M. today (February 06, 2025) till 2.00 P.M. tomorrow (February 07, 2025).

The School, during the aforementioned period, shall upload all the particulars necessary for the enrollment of the student for the said examination and shall get the signature of the said student on the hardcopy of the enrollment application.

The Board shall keep its office open on Saturday (February 08, 2025) and on Sunday (February 09, 2025) respectively from 11 A.M. till 2 P.M., within which time the Headmaster of the school, with all relevant documents, shall

meet the Deputy Secretary(Examination) of the Board and upon payment of enrollment fees, stationary fees, late fees, late processing fees together with the costs of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), the Board shall enroll the said student for the Madhyamik Pariksha, 2025 and shall issue the admit card.

The Headmaster shall collect the said admit card on behalf of the student and shall deliver it to the residence of the said student. WPA 2824 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
