Sharma ..... for the UGC After hearing the learned Advocate General and learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, WPA 2603 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Departmental of Higher Education to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 9th February, 2022 within a period of three weeks after hearing all necessary parties including the petitioner. The Principal Secretary is to dispose of a representation by way of a reasoned order which is made available to the petitioner within a week from date on which the said order is passed.

The writ petition is disposed of in accordance with the above.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition.
